Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Myra, you agree to these terms. Myra is provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS].

2. Myra is not medical advice

Myra is a personal wellness log. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not predict migraine attacks. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your symptoms, your medication and your treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in this app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. The pattern information Myra displays is a description of data you entered yourself, placed alongside publicly available weather data. It describes what happened. It does not establish cause and effect, and it is not a basis for any medical decision.

3. Your data, and what that means for you

Your logs are stored on your device and nowhere else. This is a deliberate privacy decision, and it has one consequence you should understand clearly: If you lose your device, reset it, or delete the app, your data is gone. We cannot recover it, because we never had it. Use the CSV export regularly if your history matters to you. It is free and always available.

4. Subscriptions

Myra offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly. The core logging features of Myra are free, without an entry limit, and will remain free.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify or interfere with the app or its security, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair it.

6. Intellectual property

Myra, its name, its design, its icon and its software belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo under their own terms. The content you enter belongs to you.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. Weather data depends on a third-party service and may occasionally be unavailable or inaccurate; the app continues to function without it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Myra is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information it displays is accurate, complete or reliable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Myra. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Myra in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty United States dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Third-party terms

Your use of Myra is also subject to Apple’s App Store terms of service. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted in the app’s release notes.
